Helpful Handy Cake tip

Helpful handy cake tip coming right at ya!

One thing i have pretty much done since i started baking was to always add a tray of water to my oven. I place it on the lower level of the oven so that the steam will rise. I have found that my cakes are moister and don’t bake with a that massive volcano of a dome a as much. Any little bit helps right!
